Bodil Jönsson
As children we spontaneously search for the meaningful in life. Later on in life we tend to focus on what happens in the short term, forgetting about the far away future. When we reach retirement, the curiosity we had as children has disappeared. Bodil Jönsson urges us to reclaim our desire to learn, even later on in life.
Bodil Jönsson is a physicist and Professor Emerita from the University of Lund. She has written several books, including Tio tankar om tid, Guld och När horisonten flyttar sig – att bli gammal I en ny tid. In September Bodil’s new book appears in the stores: Tid för det meningfulla.
Bodil Jönsson speaks at 11:30 AM in Mariakyrkan.
Bengt Ohlson
Bengt Ohlson presents his work of Margot Wallström, one of the most famous Swedish politicians.
Ohlson has written a dozen of novels and in 2004 he received the August Prize for his book Gregorius. Since 1988, Ohlson has been a well-known in a major Swedish newspaper. During the recent years, Bengt has followed Margot Wallström in her private as well as professional life; from tough negotiations in war-torn countries to family by the kitchen table.
